Lynette J. Blackwell is an award-winning producer and writer. She is the producer and co-writer of the multi-award-winning feature film Urban Flesh Eaters, which earned seven wins at the Vegas Movie Awards(TM), including Awards of Prestige for Best Narrative Feature, Best Horror, as well as an Award of Excellence for Best First-Time Producer. As an on-the-ground producer, Blackwell guided Urban Flesh Eaters from development through production and led its marketing and distribution strategy, securing multi-platform streaming on Apple TV, TUBI, Roku, Xumo, and Fawesome. Her work is recognized for expanding the landscape for Black women in genre filmmaking and for blending horror, comedy, and culturally grounded storytelling. Hide
